UK Shipping
Standard Shipping

  • Cost: Free for all orders over £100. £8.95 for orders under £100.

  • Timeframe: 3-5 business days

  • Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked or DPD

Express Shipping

  • Cost: £12.95

  • Timeframe: 1-2 business days

  • Carrier: DPD Next Day
     

International Shipping
European Union

  • Cost: £15.95 for orders under £250. Free for orders over £250.

  • Timeframe: 5-10 business days

  • Carrier: DPD or FedEx International

United States & Canada

  • Cost: £24.95 for orders under £350. Free for orders over £350.

  • Timeframe: 7-14 business days

  • Carrier: FedEx International or DHL

Rest of World

  • Cost: £29.95 for orders under £500. Free for orders over £500.

  • Timeframe: 10-21 business days

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx International
     

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient

  • Charges vary by country and we cannot predict these amounts

  • Please check your country's import policies before ordering
     

Packaging

Each Masters Of sculpture is packaged with exceptional care:

  • Custom protective foam inserts

  • Double-boxed for maximum protection

  • Tracking information provided via email

  • Insurance included on all shipments
     

Pre-Orders & Limited Editions

  • Pre-ordered items and new limited edition releases will ship on the date specified on the product page

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your pre-order ships

  • Limited edition items from the Masterworks Series may require additional production time
     

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Seasonal delivery volumes

  • Weather conditions

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We will communicate any known delays and provide updated delivery estimates when possible.
 

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships

  • You can also find tracking information in your account under "Order History"

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation
     

Delivery & Receipt

  • Signature may be required for high-value items

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery

  • Retain all packaging materials until you've verified the condition of your sculpture
